what the Portuguese secret and judicial authorities have been plotting against me since 1987

 What happened to me since 1987 was that the secret services and the judiciary stole my identity and, by constantly blocking my education and training, made it seem to foreigners that I held some state position. Meanwhile, as everyone already knows, the PIDE, the political police of the Estado Novo regime, was resurrected at that time and has always been hand in hand with Islamic terrorism because the families who lost the power in the 1974 revolution hated Americans, English, and French. The intelligence services of those countries knew the revolution was coming and didn't warn the Portuguese political police in 1974, so they collaborated, even if only by omission, with attacks in all those countries. And I and those close to me, who never had anything to do with secret police, were expecting us to be the scapegoats since our identities had been stolen.
